Roofing That Stays Quiet for 25+ Years

Roofs fail at penetrations, transitions, and flashings — not in the field. We do those details right and use full underlayment, not shortcuts.

Overview

What this service actually is.

Most roof leaks we see on remodel projects are flashing or transition failures, not the shingles or tile themselves. On every roof we install, the underlayment, drip edge, valley details, and flashings are inspected before the field material goes down.

We re-roof in composition shingle, concrete tile, clay tile, metal, and flat (TPO/torch-down) systems. Tie-ins to additions and dormers are sequenced to keep the existing roof watertight until the new section is complete.

  • Ice-and-water shield at valleys and penetrations

  • Disposal and final cleanup
Our process

How a roofing project runs.

01

Consultation

We start with a no-pressure consultation — usually a walkthrough at your home — to understand how you use the space, the constraints, and what a successful roofing project looks like for you.

02

Design & Scope

We translate the goals into drawings, materials, and a written scope with realistic line-item pricing. Nothing vague, nothing buried.

03

Permits & Pre-Construction

We pull permits, finalize selections, schedule trades, and protect the rest of your home before demolition. You receive a written timeline.

04

Build

One project manager, consistent crew, weekly written updates, and clean job sites. Inspections handled by us.

05

Punch List & Closeout

We walk the project with you, complete the punch list, hand over warranties and care guides, and stay reachable after closeout.

Common concerns

What homeowners ask before signing.

Should we replace or repair?

Depends on age, underlayment condition, and number of layers. We inspect honestly and tell you when a repair is the right call.

How long does a re-roof take?

Typical 3–7 days for an average single-family roof, weather permitting.

What about solar panels?

We coordinate detach-and-reset with your solar installer or recommend one.

Where we work

Our SoCal office is in Van Nuys. Most roofing projects we run are within the San Fernando Valley, Westside, Conejo Valley, Pasadena area, or — on the Bay Area side — across the Peninsula from San Mateo through San Jose.
