How we work
The largest predictor of how a remodel feels isn't the price or the timeline — it's how organized the contractor actually is. Most remodels go badly because no one is accountable to the whole thing: trades come and go, decisions get made in the field, and the homeowner is left chasing answers.
We organize around accountability. One project manager runs your project from the first walk-through to the final punch list. The same crew is on the job, day to day. Trades we use are people we've worked with for years. Every change is written. Every payment is tied to actual progress.
None of this is unusual to say. The unusual part is doing it on every project.
What we believe
- Write things down. The scope, the schedule, the change orders, the warranties.
- Talk less, decide more. Selections are pinned down before construction starts.
- Treat the rest of the house with respect. Dust barriers, protected floors, daily cleanup.
- Finish detailing matters. Reveals, transitions, edges — that's the difference.
- Be reachable after closeout. We answer warranty calls.
