Kitchen Remodeling, Designed and Built Properly
From a single-wall refresh to a full layout change, we plan kitchens that work the way you actually cook, host, and live.
What this service actually is.
A good kitchen remodel is half design and half discipline on the build side. We treat both with equal weight: layout decisions are made early, finishes are confirmed on samples before order, and the build is sequenced so cabinetry, stone, and appliances land in the right order.
Most of our kitchens involve some level of structural or layout change — moving a wall, repositioning a range, opening to the family room. We handle the engineering, permitting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, tile, cabinetry, and stone as one coordinated project under one contract.
What's included
- Existing-conditions measure and layout planning

How a kitchen remodeling project runs.
Consultation
We start with a no-pressure consultation — usually a walkthrough at your home — to understand how you use the space, the constraints, and what a successful kitchen remodel looks like for you.
Design & Scope
We translate the goals into drawings, materials, and a written scope with realistic line-item pricing. Nothing vague, nothing buried.
Permits & Pre-Construction
We pull permits, finalize selections, schedule trades, and protect the rest of your home before demolition. You receive a written timeline.
Build
One project manager, consistent crew, weekly written updates, and clean job sites. Inspections handled by us.
Punch List & Closeout
We walk the project with you, complete the punch list, hand over warranties and care guides, and stay reachable after closeout.
What homeowners ask before signing.
How long will we be without a kitchen?
A typical full kitchen remodel runs 8–14 weeks of active construction depending on layout changes, stone lead times, and appliance availability. We set up a temporary kitchen zone (sink, microwave, fridge) where possible and give you a real week-by-week schedule before demo begins.
Can you keep our current footprint?
Yes. Many of the best kitchens we build keep the existing footprint and gain function through smarter cabinetry, better lighting, and right-sized appliances. We will only recommend moving walls or plumbing if the gain justifies the cost.
How do you handle change orders?
Every change is documented with cost, schedule impact, and your written approval before work proceeds. There are no surprise line items at closeout.
