Bathroom Remodels That Hold Up for Decades
The difference between a bathroom that lasts 25 years and one that fails in 5 is mostly what happens under the tile. We do that part properly.
What this service actually is.
Most bathroom problems are not visible. Pan slope, waterproofing membranes, niche framing, valve placement, fan venting — these are the details that decide whether the bathroom holds up. We sequence and inspect each before tile sets.
Whether it's a primary suite, a guest bath, or a small powder room, we plan the layout, fixtures, lighting, and ventilation as one system, then build it with the same care you'd want for a kitchen.

How a bathroom remodeling project runs.
Consultation
We start with a no-pressure consultation — usually a walkthrough at your home — to understand how you use the space, the constraints, and what a successful bathroom remodel looks like for you.
Design & Scope
We translate the goals into drawings, materials, and a written scope with realistic line-item pricing. Nothing vague, nothing buried.
Permits & Pre-Construction
We pull permits, finalize selections, schedule trades, and protect the rest of your home before demolition. You receive a written timeline.
Build
One project manager, consistent crew, weekly written updates, and clean job sites. Inspections handled by us.
Punch List & Closeout
We walk the project with you, complete the punch list, hand over warranties and care guides, and stay reachable after closeout.
What homeowners ask before signing.
Will tile crack or grout fail over time?
Most failures come from substrate movement, missing waterproofing, or improper grout. We use uncoupling membranes on floors, fully waterproof wet walls and pans, and choose the right grout for the joint width.
Can you do curbless / zero-entry showers?
Yes. They require careful pan slope and drainage planning but are well within our standard scope when the framing allows.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Typical 3–6 weeks of active work depending on tile complexity and fixture lead times. We give you a written schedule before demo.
