Outdoor Kitchens That Get Used

A good outdoor kitchen is used three nights a week, not twice a year. That comes from layout, prep space, and the right equipment for how you actually cook.

Overview

What this service actually is.

We design outdoor kitchens around how you cook — the grill is rarely the most important decision. Prep counter on the right side, trash and refrigeration close, lighting that actually works after sunset.

We coordinate gas line sizing, electrical, water and drain, and weatherproof finishes.

What's included

  • Layout and zone planning
  • Gas line sizing and install
  • Electrical for refrigeration, lighting, and outlets
  • Plumbing for sinks and drains (when applicable)
  • Counters — stone or concrete
  • Equipment install — grill, side burner, fridge, ice maker
  • Shade and shelter integration
Our process

How a outdoor kitchens project runs.

01

Consultation

We start with a no-pressure consultation — usually a walkthrough at your home — to understand how you use the space, the constraints, and what a successful outdoor kitchen looks like for you.

02

Design & Scope

We translate the goals into drawings, materials, and a written scope with realistic line-item pricing. Nothing vague, nothing buried.

03

Permits & Pre-Construction

We pull permits, finalize selections, schedule trades, and protect the rest of your home before demolition. You receive a written timeline.

04

Build

One project manager, consistent crew, weekly written updates, and clean job sites. Inspections handled by us.

05

Punch List & Closeout

We walk the project with you, complete the punch list, hand over warranties and care guides, and stay reachable after closeout.

Common concerns

What homeowners ask before signing.

Built-in or freestanding?

Built-ins look cleaner; freestanding is cheaper and more flexible. Both are valid.

Counters — what holds up outside?

Soapstone, granite, dekton, and high-grade concrete hold up best.

Do we need a roof?

Shade matters more than rain in most of our service area. We design for sun first.
