Driveways Designed for the Whole Front Yard
A driveway is the first impression of the house. It deserves the same design attention as the rest of the front yard.
What this service actually is.
Driveways take real loads and don't forgive bad base prep. We compact subgrade, lay proper aggregate, and detail joints and reinforcement to the use case.
We do poured concrete (broom, stamped, sand-finish), pavers (concrete and natural stone), and decomposed granite ribbons.
What's included
- Excavation and grading
- Base prep — proper aggregate, compaction
- Reinforcement (rebar or mesh) where applicable
- Concrete pour, paver install, or stone set
- Joint and edge detailing
- Curb cut coordination if required
How a driveways project runs.
Consultation
We start with a no-pressure consultation — usually a walkthrough at your home — to understand how you use the space, the constraints, and what a successful driveway project looks like for you.
Design & Scope
We translate the goals into drawings, materials, and a written scope with realistic line-item pricing. Nothing vague, nothing buried.
Permits & Pre-Construction
We pull permits, finalize selections, schedule trades, and protect the rest of your home before demolition. You receive a written timeline.
Build
One project manager, consistent crew, weekly written updates, and clean job sites. Inspections handled by us.
Punch List & Closeout
We walk the project with you, complete the punch list, hand over warranties and care guides, and stay reachable after closeout.
What homeowners ask before signing.
How long should it last?
Properly built concrete: 30+ years. Pavers: indefinite with occasional re-leveling. The variable is base prep.
Can you match an existing driveway?
Usually — we test color and finish samples before pouring.
What about the curb cut?
Handled with the city when required.
